We pledge to put purpose first
We’re here to better the world. To put everything we’ve got behind that, we have to be aware of our motives and address anything that’s misaligned. We will check-in with ourselves and each other regularly and always ask if we are putting purpose first.
We pledge to be accepting
We will lead with open hearts and open minds. Helping others is a deeply personal space that often requires heightened sensitivity. Being open only works as a partnership. It is both accepting and holding space for others as well as being vulnerable, transparent and honest.
We pledge to be accountable
We will own our actions. While “doing good” is always our guide, we understand that intention won’t always align with who it’s intended for. We will use that as an opportunity to learn, change and grow. From sustainable operations, to fair employment, to our own brand persona, we will hold ourselves accountable and expect our community and clients to do the same.
We pledge to appreciate our people
Fair wages and healthcare are a right, not a reward. Our compensation packages will always go above the industry standard and will support each individual’s health and wellness. However, we don’t want to just take care of each person’s individual needs, we want to revere individuality itself. We will welcome self-expression in a way that allows each person to be proud of exactly who they are. Unique, healthy and happy people create some of the best work.
