We put purpose first. With our marquee mission being creating a better world, we have to. It’s that simple.
A close second is taking care of our people. We believe good work comes from fair compensation. Then we go beyond that to get the great stuff. We don’t have an office and we don’t want one. Minimal overhead empowers us to keep the most effective creators and doers on our payroll.
Lastly, we see profit as just a bi-product of doing right by our purpose and people. We believe the core of accounting is accountability. By keeping our P&L public, we ensure every dollar is doing more than bolstering a balance.
