We’re feeling
pumped

Sometimes “how” is more important than “who.” Like how we’re doing right now. Ok, that may just be our way of getting out of writing a bio here. We’re working on it. But right now “how” is super important.  Like how we’re feeling, how we work, and how we act. Well, you already know how we’re feeling and our pledge guides how we do everything else.

We will be accepting

Open minds and open hearts. That’s how we have to do it. We understand that any bias or bullshit just gets in the way of helping people. In turn, we want to be open and vulnerable. It’s when we trust each other that the great work gets done.

We will be accessible

To reach as many people as possible, our work has to be human-centered. It’s considerate and creative and honors individual perspectives. Collaborating creates a message that meets people where they’re at.

We will be accountable

Call us out. Doing good will always be our guide but our intentions won’t always align with who they’re intended for. So call us out. We can take it. We will take it and learn from it. Our missteps wont be missed opportunities to grow.

We will be appreciative

Wellbeing is a right not a reward. We compensate our collaborators by how they value themselves and what let’s them be well. And then we want to go above that.

For our clients, we are deeply appreciative. Being able to do what we love for the people we love is an absolute gift! So thank you.

We will always help

Like they say, “help first, ask questions later.” Or maybe we just say that. Well, that’s our approach. We started this with a favor and we’ll keep running favor-first into helping the people and communities we care about. We will always be Favorly.

We pledge to help create the world we’d all love to live in.
